At Cléo, a new chapter begins with the arrival of Chef Alexandre Semperé.
In the cozy setting of the Narcisse Blanc Hôtel & Spa, he presents a contemporary, accessible, and generous cuisine, centered on plant-based ingredients, seafood, and precise flavors.
A Parisian destination where elegance meets sincere, precise, and deeply seasonal cuisine, designed to move as much as it does to bring people together.
The restaurant is open Tuesday through Sunday, from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM (12:30 PM on weekends) and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

LÉOPOLD
Le Bar
Guests will be immersed in a Belle Époque atmosphere—elegant, intimate, yet with a touch of mischief. This is reflected in the thoughtful choice of its name, Léopold, taken from the King of the Belgians, whose alleged affair with Cléo de Mérode caused a scandal in the late 19th century.
The Léopold Bar is open from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. Tuesday through Sunday and is open to the general public.


Le Petit déjeuner
Le Narcisse Blanc Hôtel & Spa makes it a point of honor to offer a gourmet breakfast, complete and tasty, that will delight the taste buds of young and old alike!
Breakfast is served in the Cléo restaurant from 7:00 am to 10:30 am, but also at the foot of the bed!
Lunch & dinner
Designed to reflect the chef’s vision, Cléo’s menu strikes a balance between land, sea, and plant-based ingredients.
At lunch, the menu is concise, straightforward, and seasonal.
In the evening, it unfolds into five- or seven-course tasting menus, with a vegetarian option. Artichoke with kombu, line-caught cod, Garat poultry, squash, citrus, seaweed, or chocolate with olive oil come together in a precise, lively, and indulgent symphony, guided by the clarity of flavors, the artistry of the sauces, and the emotional depth of the ingredients.
